Year 6 have been tackling some challenging missing number percentage problems! We used bar models to help us find the answers; using number rods allowed us to manipulate parts of the model and understand each question more easily. 

Year 2 started their multiplication and division unit today. We began by looking at equal groups and identifying when a set of groups weren’t equal and how we knew this. We used counters to show our understanding.  

This week in maths we have been finding fact families using addition and subtraction facts. We helped the donkey to find the correct number sentence to complete the fact family.
