Reception had a great time exploring numbers to 10. We practised counting forwards and backwards within 10, representing numbers and we played different maths games to consolidate our knowledge.

This week in maths we have been learning to represent numbers 9 and 10. We made them on the tens frame using cubes and then drew different pictures to represent the correct amount. We looked carefully at the parts we could see and subitised the two amounts we could see within 9 and 10.
