This Summer school holiday, children and young people who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals (or who meet our other eligibility criteria) can benefit from
an amazing range of free holiday clubs and experiences. The booklet below shows some of the wide collection of activities
available, when and where they are being held, and the age ranges. A meal is provided at all clubs on each of the days they are running.

How do I book?
Families who are eligible will receive a letter in the post inviting them to
book. In this letter, you will have your child’s HAF code, which will be a
reference number on all your bookings.
There are just a few steps needed to book your child onto HAF
activities and experiences. These are:
- Make sure you’ve got a Coventry City Council My Account set up
www.myaccount.coventry.gov.uk - Have your HAF code ready
- Add your child to the booking system
- Decide what to book – go to our HAF webpages for more
detailed information about activities - Book your child onto the activities
When you’ve done this, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Just contact the provider if your child has any additional needs, or requirements. When it’s time for an
activity, just turn up and enjoy!
