We now have Digital Leaders for the school. Children who have been chosen to become a Digital leader are now available to help and support in using technology effectively and safely at our school. A Digital Leader is a fantastic opportunity for them to take on responsibility, learn new skills, develop and demonstrate leadership skills and be a real help for busy teachers.
Digital Leaders will support throughout the school.
For example:
- Fetch and set up laptops and tablets – ensuring these are kept charged. Increase the use of tablets and computers in school to support learning.
- Report broken or malfunctioning equipment.
- Support teaching of some Computing lessons whilst being role models for the safe use of technology
- Raise the profile of IT in the school
- Plus so much more!
