As part of Computing, year 2 learnt about Impressionism art this week and used the Purple Mash tool 2Paint a Picture.
Aims
• To explore 2Paint A Picture.
• To look at the work of Impressionist artists and recreate them using the Impressionism template.
Success Criteria
• Children can describe the main features of impressionist art.
• Children can use 2Paint A Picture to create their own art based upon this style.
They children were very confident in using the Purplemash program and produced some amazing art based on Impressionism.
