This week in maths we have been finding fact families using addition and subtraction facts. We helped the donkey to find the correct number sentence to complete the fact family. We used number rods, numicon, rekenreks and number lines to solve the problem. After using the equipment, we drew representations of the number sentence and explained why the donkey was wrong.
