In Maths this term the children have been learning about fractions. The children have learnt this means splitting into equal parts. They have been working on ½, 1/3, and ¼. We looked at recognising and finding fractions of a shape, making sure that the parts are equal. We have begun to recognise and find ½ 1/3 and ¼ of numbers. We have done this by sharing and drawing quantities.
